Silicon hot-end sleeve mold for Dremel Idea Builder
thingiverse
My personal take on a mold for Dremel/Flashforge and potentially other mk10 style hot-ends. I make use of Red Permatex high heat RTV, which works quite well. The secret I discovered that made all the difference is soaking both parts of the mold in diluted Dawn dish detergent before filling with the Permatex. Also waiting 24-48 hours so it can cure in that enclosed space. It comes out very clean, though you'll likely want to let it cure for another 12 hours before getting it up to temperature. Designed in Tinkercad.
