Silicon Crystal Lattice

Silicon Crystal Lattice

sketchfab

I made this silicon lattice based on the image in Shockley, where darker atoms represent a primitive cell - the smallest repeating structure that makes up a crystal. The orange, green, and purple planes signify planes with Miller indices (100), (110), and (111) respectively. I created this because textbooks can't rotate images easily. All prior versions of this can be found at https://github.com/lydia-lee/Stick-It-In-The-Blender.
