Summary: We have several Silex DS-510 device in use for now ~ 2-3 years. But the case material gets brittle and breaks at several points (either the PCB holder breaks or the case clamps broke). The first time we were able to fix the the device with screens and nuts. This time it was impossible. So I designed a replacement for the complete housing. The idea behind the design: - PCB should not be fixed with screws or - should be single part - printable without supports
