Alternative parts for the open source Silent Runner airship from Windreiter team http://www.silent-runner.net\r\n\r\nBuilding details and video on https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?3032726-Easy-to-build-indoor-airship\r\n\r\nGondola components are joined by 4 carbon rods measuring 36 x 2 mm, secured with adhesive tape to the airship envelope using 2 carbon rods that are 200 x 2.5 mm in size.\r\nThe motor is inserted into a hole and held in place by two original screws from the motor mount, making sure to drill two holes into the central hub first.\r\n\r\nFins supports come in two parts: horizontal and vertical, with 3 mm depron fins inserted between "walls." Each half support is secured using a soldering iron tip.\r\nThese components have been improved over earlier designs seen in pictures, allowing for easier folding of the fins during transport by unscrewing the nylon screw.
