Silent Quiet Fan Grill 40 x 40

I stumbled upon a fantastic quiet grill on coffeebuild and was inspired to design one that can be printed without any supports. This new creation will be put to the test once I've finished printing it. After further experimentation, I'm pleased to report that attaching the body first and then the grill makes for a great noise level comparison. In an update, V2 is essentially identical to the original coffeebuild design. However, it remains to be seen if this version will perform better with high-speed fans (I plan on printing it using 0.4mm nozzle width and 0.48 extrusion). It's worth noting that I have printed the updated design but noticed only a slight shift in the noise spectrum towards higher pitches. The overall noise level remained unchanged. After careful consideration, I've come to the conclusion that these designs will be most effective when dealing with extremely high-pitched noises – they may help dampen them slightly.
