Silent microswitch for mouse
thingiverse
This is an ultra-quiet microswitch with dimensions and connections mirroring those commonly found on most computer mice. It can seamlessly replace microswitches such as the type D2FC-F-7N and their clones. The microswitch features only a single NO (normally open) contact, rendering the third terminal redundant. Printing this device requires an exceptionally robust yet flexible material, so I opted for nylon. To achieve optimal results, I set the layer height to 0.3mm. Printing time is remarkably short, clocking in at less than five minutes. To create functional contacts and terminals, I utilized the leads of 1/4W resistors with a diameter of 0.5mm. Please note that any damage caused by these microswitches during installation on your equipment is not my responsibility.
