Silent exercise wheel for small animal, 32 cm (12.25") diameter

With a few metal parts this thing assembles to a 32 cm diameter exercise wheel for small to medium sized pets such as hedgehogs, gerbils, hamsters, rats etc... Unlike store bought exercise wheels, rotation is silent owing to rotation on inexpensive, widely available, 608 bearings. The models print on a 21 x 21 cm build plate (such as Prusa MK3). The wheel requires 3 identical ark segments, each 120 degrees of a circle, a central circular axle and a hanger to go over the side of the animal's enclosure. The pieces snap together and are bonded with cyanoacrylate (super glue). The following metal parts are required. Two: 608-2RS 8x22x7 mm bearings One: M8 x 25 mm bolt One: M8 hex nut warmed and pressed into hanger The following metal parts are optional: Three M3 x 4 mm heat set inserts or M3 nuts Three M3 x 15 mm or longer bolts (The M3 heat set inserts/nuts and M3 bolts may be used at the perimeter of the arcs to further stabilize the structure beyond that offered by glue.) STEP files are uploaded so that adjustments can be made to the model and the hanger length may be extended or shortened to the need of your animal's enclosure. Depending on your printers settings the 608 bearing may need to be pounded into the axle or the model adjusted.
