Silent air compressor filter 1/2" GAS

<p>The goal was to create a filter for my compressor that could be quiet and that would allow me to use any type of filter medium. </p><p> To print the ‘Body’, you need support, placing it with the smallest part on the print bed you will need less. </p><p> The other components have no particular needs. </p><p> For mounting on the compressor, use Teflon tape to insulate the filter from the compressor. Use the ‘Grid’ to space the filter medium from the base of the ‘Body’. </p><p> As a filter medium I used an FFP2 mask but it is also possible to use suitable sponges or other. </p><p> In the ‘lid’, the air duct is coiled for limiting the intake noise. </p><p> It is recommended to use PETG or ABS to limit deformation due to the compressor head temperature.</p><p>------------------------</p><p>L'obiettivo era creare un filtro per il mio compressore che potesse essere silenzioso e che mi permettesse di utilizzare qualsiasi tipo di mezzo filtrante.</p><p>Per la stampa del Body è necessario del supporto di stampa, posizionandolo con la parte più piccola sul piano di stampa.</p><p>Le altre componenti non hanno particolari esigenze.</p><p>Per il montaggio sul compressore utilizzare del nastro in teflon per isolare il filtro dal compressore.</p><p>Utilizzare la griglia (Grid) per distanziare il mezzo filtrante dalla base del Body.</p><p>Come mezzo filtrante io ho utilizzato una mascherina FFP2 ma è possibile usare anche spugne adatte o altro.</p><p>Nel coperchio, il condotto dell'aria è a spirale per limitare il rumore di aspirazione.&nbsp;</p><p>Si consiglia di utilizzare il PETG o ABS per limitare la deformazione a causa della temperatura della testa del compressore.</p>
