Air gun silencer designed for caliber .177 (4,5 mm), 0.22 (5,5 mm), 0.25 (6,35 mm) and 0.30 (7,62 mm). Built with a fully functional, strong and dependable construction that boasts superior sound moderating characteristics. Years of engineering and experimentation led to the creation of an "irregular" baffle design that forces air side to side along the silencer, creating chaotic turbulence that effectively reduces sonic booms without disturbing pellets. This design offers excellent and repeatable accuracy. The length, diameter and volume of the silencer are carefully calculated for optimal sound moderating characteristics while maintaining compact dimensions. Tested on multiple air gun types: PCP:s and high powered spring and gas ram air guns. FX airguns, Hatsan, Weihrauch (Beeman R1 & R7 etc.) and Zoraki Hp01 have all been tested. When used on PCP:s you will experience an incredible difference, making your high powered PCP backyard friendly. The design of the baffles is almost exclusively possible to produce with a 3D-printer, very difficult with traditional manufacturing methods in a lathe or mill, which is why this design is not sold by conventional manufacturers - it would be too expensive. For best results after 3D-printing clean the 1/2 “ UNF thread with a plug tap. Suitable printing materials: PLA (best), ABS and polycarbonate. The silencer must be printed with threads up (see picture 7). Baffles are angled at 40 degrees - no support needed! Use a build plate adhesion for stability. Layer height is 0,2 mm. Printing time is around 12 hours. Videos on YouTube will feature sound meter reports in the future. Constructed in Sweden by experienced machine engineers. This model is not a full resolution/tolerance STL-model - not functional. Full resolution/tolerance STL-models are available on CGTrader (search silencer).
