Our 60-degree tightly packed baffles are designed specifically for subsonic airgun ammunition, efficiently slowing down shockwaves to optimal levels. Longer versions may exhibit two or three distinct "poof" sounds upon firing, due to the SHOCKWAVE silencer's unparalleled efficiency in partitioning and absorbing air volume. Available in a variety of calibers, lengths, and diameters: • .177” / 4,5 mm • .22” / 5,5 mm • .25” / 6,35 mm • .30” / 7.62 mm Diverse configurations: • Extra-long: 295 mm x 40 mm • Standard length: 195 mm x 40 mm • Shortened length: 120 mm x 30 mm Boasting a one-piece sturdy and dependable construction with outstanding sound moderating properties and repeatable accuracy. Advancements: The upgraded 1/2 UNF thread ensures seamless screw-on and off capability after 3D-printing, eliminating the need for plug tap cleaning. Five threads ensure settling in and an airtight seal. Adhere to recommended 3D-printer settings for optimal results. A coneshaped inner trajectory guarantees smooth functionality with minimal impacts, all while maintaining precise tolerances. The silencer's surface is meticulously designed for effortless spray-painting or the attachment of hockey tape or black textile tape. To achieve ideal 3D-printing results: Utilize a layer height between 0.1 – 0.15 mm. Maximize printerhead velocity to 40 mm/sec, thereby reducing vibrations. Suitably use printing materials like PLA tough or regular PLA. Ensure the silencer is printed with the exit hole facing downwards and threads up. Abstain from employing supports due to optimal overhang design at a 60-degree angle. Resolve any build plate adhesion issues by incorporating a brim.
