INTRODUCING THE REVOLUTIONARY NEW SILENCER DESIGN FOR 2020! We are proud to present our state-of-the-art silencer âSHOCKWAVEâ boasting unmatched accuracy and remarkable noise suppression capabilities. The compactly packed 60-degree baffles are expertly designed for subsonic airgun ammunition, effectively slowing down the shockwaves to perfection. When firing longer versions, it's not uncommon to hear two or even three small "poof" sounds due to the Shockwave silencer's incredible ability to manage airflow and resist the elements. This outstanding design creates a tremendous volume that effortlessly absorbs the entire air discharge. The Shockwave silencer is available in various calibers, lengths, and diameters: • .177" / 4.5 mm • .22" / 5.5 mm • .25" / 6.35 mm • .30" / 7.62 mm Measurements: 295 mm x 40 mm (Extra long) 195 mm x 40 mm (Normal length) 120 mm x 30 mm (Shortened length) Crafted with the highest quality, 1-piece construction that is not only fully functional but also incredibly strong and dependable. This outstanding design boasts superior sound moderating characteristics and repeatable accuracy. Upgrades: • The 1/2 UNF thread has been significantly improved, allowing for direct screw-on installation after 3D-printing - cleaning with a plug tap is no longer necessary. • Simply screw the silencer on and off five times to ensure that the threads are settled in and air-tight. To achieve optimal results, we recommend using recommended 3D-printer settings. A unique coneshaped inner hole / trajectory ensures minimal impacts while maintaining tight tolerances. The smooth surface of the silencer facilitates easy spray-painting or attachment of "hockey tape" / black textile tape. To obtain the best outcomes during 3D printing: • Utilize a layer height between 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm. • Set the printerhead velocity to a maximum of 40 mm/sec for decreased vibrations. • Suitable printing materials: PLA tough or regular PLA. • The silencer must be printed with the exit hole facing downwards and the threads upwards. • Refrain from using supports as they are unnecessary; the angle of the baffles is 60 degrees, making them well within limitations. • If your printer encounters build plate adhesion problems, consider applying a brim. This groundbreaking silencer is meticulously constructed in Sweden by experienced machine engineers who have put their expertise to good use in creating this incredible product.
