NEW SOUND REDUCTION DESIGN FOR 2020! We are excited to introduce our cutting-edge OVER THE BARREL sound reducer. Featuring an expansive chamber behind the muzzle, surrounding the barrel, it significantly reduces the length protruding from the muzzle while maintaining excellent noise absorption capabilities. This innovative sound reduction design also incorporates internal laminated reinforcements, making the construction ideal for high-powered PCP airguns and spring/gas piston airguns with intense barrel vibrations. The internal laminated reinforcements can withstand higher pressures and enhance the design's resistance to external impacts. The inner bore / trajectory for the diabolo pellet is precision-engineered to be cone-shaped, ensuring no collisions while maintaining the highest tolerances and minimizing "fly-by" air and noise. For every caliber, there are two STL-files available - one designed for a 15 mm diameter barrel and one for a 16 mm barrel. The OVER THE BARREL sound reducer is offered in four distinct calibers: .177” / 4,5 mm, .22” / 5,5 mm, .25” / 6,35 mm, and .30” / 7.62 mm. Boasting a fully functional, one-piece robust construction with exceptional sound moderating properties and consistent accuracy, this sound reduction system is sure to meet the needs of even the most discerning airgun enthusiasts. The 1/2 – 20 UNF thread has been improved for seamless installation - simply screw on the silencer after 3D-printing and it's ready to go; cleaning with a plug tap is unnecessary. Screw the sound reducer on and off five times, and the threads will settle in and become airtight. To ensure optimal results, please use recommended 3D-printer settings. The surface of the sound reducer is smooth for effortless spray-painting or attachment of lustreless "hockey tape" / black textile tape.
