NEW SILENCER DESIGN FOR 2020! We are thrilled to introduce our innovative OVER THE BARREL silencer, specifically designed to reduce the length protruding from the muzzle while maintaining exceptional noise dampening effects. The silencer features an expansion volume behind the muzzle and around the barrel, ensuring a more compact design without compromising performance. This cutting-edge silencer design also boasts internal laminated reinforcements that make it perfect for high-powered PCP airguns and spring/gas piston airguns with heavy barrel vibrations. The internal reinforcements can withstand higher pressures and provide added resistance to external impacts. The internal trajectory for the diabolo pellet is carefully engineered to be cone-shaped, preventing any potential impacts while maintaining precise tolerances and minimizing "fly by" air and noise. To accommodate different caliber requirements, we provide two STL-files: one designed for a 15 mm diameter barrel and another for a 16 mm diameter barrel. The OVER THE BARREL silencer is available in four distinct calibers: .177” / 4,5 mm, .22” / 5,5 mm, .25” / 6,35 mm, and .30” / 7.62 mm. This silencer boasts a fully functional, 1-piece construction that combines strength, dependability, and superior sound moderating characteristics with repeatable accuracy. The 1/2 – 20 UNF thread has been optimized for direct screwing onto the barrel after 3D-printing, eliminating the need for cleaning with a plug tap. Simply screw the silencer on and off five times to ensure the threads are settled in and airtight. We recommend using recommended 3D-printer settings for optimal results. The silencer's surface is smooth, allowing for easy spray-painting or attachment of lustreless "hockey tape" / black textile tape. This innovative design was crafted by experienced machine engineers in Sweden, ensuring exceptional quality and performance.
