NEW SILENCER DESIGN FOR 2020! We are happy to present our new OVER THE BARREL silencer. Equipped with an expansion volume behind the muzzle, around the barrel, reduces the length sticking out from the muzzle making it more compact while keeping good noise dampening effects. This silencer design also has internal laminated reinforcements making the construction ideal for high powered PCP airguns and spring/gas piston airguns with heavy barrel vibrations. The internal laminated reinforcements can withstand a higher pressure and makes the design more resistant from outer impacts. The inner hole / trajectory for the diabolo pellet is cone shaped that insures no impacts while maintaining highest tolerances minimizing “fly by” air and noise. In every caliber there are two STL-files, one made for fitting a 15 mm diameter and one for a 16 mm barrel diameter. The OVER THE BARREL silencer is available in four different calibers: .177” / 4,5 mm .22” / 5,5 mm .25” / 6,35 mm .30” / 7.62 mm Fully functional, 1-piece strong and dependable construction with superior sound moderating characteristics and repeatable accuracy. The 1/2 – 20 UNF thread is improved and is ready to be directly screwed on the barrel after 3D-printing – cleaning with plug tap is not necessary. Screw the silencer on and off five times and the threads are settled in and airtight. Do use recommended 3D-printer settings for this. The surface of the silencer is smooth for easy spray-painting or attachment of lustreless “hockey tape” / black textile tape.
