NEW SILENCER DESIGN FOR 2020! We proudly introduce our innovative OVER THE BARREL silencer, carefully crafted to deliver exceptional performance and versatility. Equipped with an expansion volume situated behind the muzzle and encircling the barrel, this design significantly reduces the length protruding from the muzzle, resulting in a sleeker profile while maintaining outstanding noise dampening capabilities. The internal laminated reinforcements incorporated into this silencer design make it an ideal choice for high-powered PCP airguns and spring/gas piston airguns that experience excessive barrel vibrations. These reinforcements can withstand higher pressures and provide enhanced resistance to external impacts. To ensure optimal performance, the inner trajectory of the diabolo pellet is carefully shaped as a cone, preventing any potential impacts while maintaining precise tolerances that minimize "fly by" air and noise. For each caliber, we provide two STL-files: one designed for 15 mm diameter barrels and another for 16 mm barrel diameters. The OVER THE BARREL silencer is available in four distinct calibers: * .177” / 4,5 mm * .22” / 5,5 mm * .25” / 6,35 mm * .30” / 7.62 mm This highly reliable, one-piece construction boasts superior sound moderating characteristics and repeatable accuracy. The improved 1/2 – 20 UNF thread is designed for seamless installation directly onto the barrel after 3D-printing, eliminating the need for a plug tap. To ensure a secure fit, simply screw the silencer on and off five times, allowing the threads to settle in and achieve an airtight seal. For optimal results, please use recommended 3D-printer settings. The smooth surface of the silencer provides a perfect canvas for easy spray-painting or attachment of lustreless "hockey tape" / black textile tape.
