We proudly unveil our advanced OVER THE BARREL silencer, specifically engineered to reduce the length protruding from the muzzle while maintaining exceptional noise dampening capabilities. Behind the muzzle, an expansion volume is cleverly placed around the barrel, compacting its overall size without compromising on performance. This innovative design also boasts internal laminated reinforcements, making it perfect for high-powered PCP airguns and spring/gas piston airguns with intense barrel vibrations. The internal laminations can withstand elevated pressure and provide enhanced resistance to external impacts. The inner trajectory of the diabolo pellet is precision-crafted in a cone shape, ensuring seamless passage without any potential impacts while maintaining meticulous tolerances that minimize "fly by" air and noise. To cater to diverse caliber requirements, we provide two STL-files for each caliber: one designed for 15 mm diameter barrels and another for 16 mm barrels. Our OVER THE BARREL silencer is available in four distinctive calibers: .177” / 4,5 mm, .22” / 5,5 mm, .25” / 6,35 mm, and .30” / 7.62 mm. This cutting-edge silencer boasts a fully functional, one-piece construction that delivers superior sound moderation characteristics and repeatable accuracy. The 1/2 – 20 UNF thread has been optimized for seamless integration with the barrel after 3D-printing, eliminating the need for plug tapping. By screwing the silencer on and off five times, the threads settle in and become airtight. We recommend using recommended 3D-printer settings for optimal results. The surface of the silencer is sleek and smooth, facilitating easy spray-painting or attachment of lustreless "hockey tape" / black textile tape.
