Silencer 60 degree cone baffle DHC clipping jig
thingiverse
I designed a 1 piece silencer with 60 degree cone baffles and attempted to DHC clip the cones, but was unable to locate an STL for a jig, so I created my own. These clips are tailored to fit a D-Cell sized cone. Using a heat gun, I successfully applied PLA material to the heated cone while working with a hand file. The first attempt worked flawlessly, but the next six cones mysteriously became dislodged from the PLA. I also tried using hot glue, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations either. Maybe you'll have better luck downloading this clip. If you decide to download this clip, please take the time to leave a comment. It would be greatly appreciated.
