Sign Place Card Holder for a 3/4-1/2 inch Copper Tee Pipe Fitting This is a sign place card holder for a 3/4-1/2 inch copper tee pipe fitting that is made up of four components - a pipe clip, locking clip, sign holder and wedge. The four included photos show how the components fit together. The fit is a bit loose to ensure easy assembly. I played around with different tolerances but found using my 3D Printer it was not possible to get consistency to the point where all plots fit very snugly, some prints were snug and other impossible to assemble without sanding. In order for the assembly to firmly stay together it is suggested that the wedge or glue (crazy glue) be used. If a wedge is used it can be broken off or bent so it is not visible and the unit can still be easily dismantled in the future. See the two wedge pictures. The size of the place holder card is approximately 53x32 mm with a printable area of 40x22 mm. It is strongly recommended that the files be printed with the orientation as provided in the files to ensure maximum strength of the components. This unit is designed for a situation where the ¾ inch portion of the copper pipe runs horizontal and the ½ inch copper is running vertically up.
