SIGMA BCN3D Front

SIGMA BCN3D Front

My SIGMA is proudly displayed on my desk, printing away nearly every day. To minimize the distracting hum of the fans, I crafted a custom frontage that relies on magnetic forces to secure it in place. The result: a significant reduction of 4 to 5 dB in noise levels. I employed a lasercutter to precision-cut the Front.dxf file with ease. For the magnets, I chose neodymium cylindrical units measuring Ø6 x 2mm, sourced from a reputable supplier like 123-Magnet.com, specifically their Cat-Aimant-Neodyme-303 model.
