SIGMA Aura 80 and BLAZE Quick Release

This is a quick release designed to be installed with the SIGMA Aura 80 and BLAZE bike lights. It uses 4 neodymium magnets ( 8mm x 8mm [diameter x height]) which hold 2.5 kg, if you live in Germany you can order them from here: https://www.magnet-shop.net/neodym/scheibenmagnete/scheibenmagnet-8.0-x-8.0-mm-n42-nickel-haelt-2.5-kg Additionally one inner hexagonal M3 x 12 screw and one M3 nut are needed. The part "headlight_qr_2" gets screwed on to the headlight after removing the original mounting strap, and inserting the magnet into it. This can be done using some superglue. After that the part ""headlight_qr" is combined with the original strap using the original screw and spring, this assembly can then be permanently mounted on the bike handle bar. The backlight is then clipped into the part "backlight_qr_2", and the magnet can be glued in to the part. The part "backlight_qr" uses the original rubber strap that was intended to mount the backlight. It is designed for a pipe diameter of around 28.5mm, but will probably also work for different diameter pipes. The model was created using a student version of PTC Creo, i added all the files to the download so they can be modified if needed.
