These covers were engineered to provide a solid base to mount durable acrylic or plexiglass inserts. The inserts are precision-cut from 8mm acrylic using a lasercutter, and clear plastic with an Xacto-knife will also work just fine. The measurements for both lens sizes have been included, so you can get started right away. SightCover2 requires two M3 5mm machine screws, while Sightcover1 doesn't need any screws at all.
