Sigg Thermo Flask Cap
thingiverse
I designed a new cap to replace the old one because it was hard to clean and leaked. This new cap uses the same gasket as the original. Please note that even though I used food-safe materials like PETG, 3D-printed parts can't be considered food-safe due to their small crevices where bacteria can grow. To fix this issue, I coated the entire part with a food-safe epoxy to make it waterproof and hopefully safe for use in cooking. For more information on why 3D prints aren't suitable for food preparation, please read this article: https://hackaday.com/2017/10/17/3d-prints-and-food/
