Sig P365XL 10 Round Magazine Baseplate
thingiverse
Special thanks to fiftystiff for including the Fusion360 source files that I based this upon, made it much easier to adapt. This is a baseplate for the 10 round P365 magazines to lengthen them to fit in X/XL frames. I haven't tested it in a normal P365 yet, but it fits my Wilson grip module. As far as I know they have identical magwells, so there shouldn't be any issues. This does not add any capacity, just allows the 10 round magazine to fit like a 12 round and allows me to make use of them for training after converting to a P365X. Not sure about long term durability, but I printed in ASA and they seem quite strong, however with enough force you can break the tabs. I've done a few drop tests onto plywood and haven't had one break from rough handling yet. Supports are highly recommended, while you can get away without them it makes the tabs much weaker and they will break on drops. Its best to print at a higher layer height, I wouldn't go any less than .2 mm, .28 mm seems to be the strongest from my quick tests and still retain good fitment. Infill doesn't really seem to matter for strength on this part, I did 40% just so it has a solid feel to it. 3 to 4 top and bottom layers and 3 to 4 perimeters will be fine.
