Here's a simple sifting scoop I designed to quickly separate soldier fly larvae from the sand they're in before feeding them to reptiles. It could work for many other uses as well. The 2mm wide slots should give you a good starting point, but you can easily scale up or down depending on your needs. Every angle is precisely 45 degrees, so it shouldn't need any supports to print successfully. If you like this design, consider buying me a cup of coffee!
