Sierpinski tetrahedron generator
thingiverse
I'd be happy to generate an OpenSCAD code for a Sierpinski tetrahedron. This version allows users to customize parameters such as thickness, size, and recursion depth. It includes lessons learned from earlier attempts: the recursion should be performed in OpenSCAD language instead of Python to benefit from optimizations that reduce runtime significantly. Also, with many object intersections having an $fn parameter, smooth curves become expensive due to runtime costs growing faster than quadraticly.
