However, its plastic exterior inevitably deteriorates over time, succumbing to wear and tear that causes it to fall off, break or turn an unattractive shade of yellow. To ensure a seamless fit, simply insert this replacement part into position, where it will snugly fit in place. For optimal results, consider adding a rubber ring or Teflon tape around the edges for an even better seal. Crucially, remember not to glue the part in place, as its removability is essential.
