Siemens Gigaset DA Series Telephones Wall Mounting Bracket If you pretend to mount a Gigaset DA Series Telephone on a wall, you will have to use a screwdriver to lift out a small plastic bracket that is placed at the back of the unit and insert it into a slot in the handset cradle (the bracket must be placed in the cradle with the slanting edge facing forwards, as otherwise the handset will not be properly secured). The problem is that the bracket doesnt do a decent job, if you are not very precise when hanging the handset, it falls straight to the floor and eventually it will break. Also the small plastic piece is brittle, and it can break or get lost easily. So I decided to design my own replacement and enlarge it by a couple of millimetres to improve its functionality. I’m very satisfied with the result. El problema es que el soporte no funciona muy bien, si no eres muy preciso al colgar el auricular, este se caerá directamente al suelo y acabará rompiéndose. Además el seguro es una pequeña y frágil pieza de plástico que puede romperse o perderse fácilmente. Así que decidí diseñar mi propio reemplazo, alargándolo un par de milímetros para mejorar su funcionalidad. Estoy muy satisfecho con el resultado. Ahora mis hijas pequeñas pueden usar el teléfono sin miedo.
