This is a replacement handle for the freezer compartment of the Siemens KF.L (FD8009 / KI15L74) Fridge. The last two images show the broken original part and the type label on the fridge for reference. The previous version, freezer-v2.obj, was too weak when printed in PLA, especially at lower temperatures, so a new version, freezer-v3.stl, was designed to be stronger. It has lasted for several months now. The original part appears to be sold under multiple part numbers and can be ordered on the Siemens official website's web shop. Thanks to Philipp_in_MUC for the tip. He also created a model of the counterpart on the wall to the right.
