I started with the interlock designed by jbrovage, tailored it to fit my 100A panel perfectly. In addition to fine-tuning the slider's profile, I added informative text and strategic ridges to make sliding a breeze. I also drilled two holes to allow for assembly before mounting on the panel, ensuring everything falls into place smoothly. I employed 6-32 screws and high-performance nylon locking nuts with precision flat washers to assemble the piece seamlessly. Once it's tweaked and finalized, I'll upload crisp photos for everyone to see.
