An upgrade part for the War for Cybertron: Siege / War for Cybertron: Earthrise Astrotrain figure. It replaces the normal fin part, allowing for a less gappy shuttle mode, while serving as a makeshift gun for his right hand in robot mode. Due to the placement of the peg, it only works on the right hand. I recommend painting this part to help it fit in better.
