Sieg X3 X-axis lock knob

The X-axis locking lever on the Sieg X3 mill is large, clunky, and inevitably it's going to snag on the cross-slide dovetail and either bend the screw or break the casting. Mine broke the casting, so I replaced it with a simple knob that does the job but stays up out of the way. (pun intended) The knob simply fits over the 10mm hex on the existing screw-post and is secured with the small button-head screw.
