This is an adapter for mounting the Filament Runout Sensor of the Sidewinder X1, enabling continued use without the original spool. Simply unscrew the existing hex screw and utilize the hole in this mount. The mount can be twisted into place on the V-Slot. I use this sensor as a complement to the Black Widow Spool Holder, which works exceptionally well on the X1.
