Sidewinder X1 Hemera Mount & PCB Relocation

After trying out most of the existing mounts, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create one from scratch. The extruder mount I designed includes mounting options for both V3 and V4 carriage plates, as well as a BLTouch sensor. This sleek design is a single piece, but it does come with one drawback: the bottom carriage mounting screws require a ball-end hex key to reach. To address this issue, I also wanted to correct the 20-pin cable position, so I flipped the JST-XH connectors to the other side of the PCB and created a mount to elevate the PCB. Additionally, I designed a cover to conceal the wires and keep them tidy. The square nut slots in the Hemera can be a real pain to deal with when trying to find the perfect length screw. Those tiny holes make it difficult to get the screws in just right. You can find the design files for these projects in OnShape's shared files section, where they are freely available for anyone to access and use.
