I designed a straightforward bracket to attach the filament sensor on the Y axis, allowing me to utilize identical Z endstops and eliminate the sync belt altogether. To secure the endstop in place, I tightened it with two small zip ties, then attached the bracket using two printed M5 T-nuts. The screws from the Z leadscrew bearing, which I also removed, proved to be a perfect fit for this purpose.
