This pack comprises a modular set for constructing sidewalks (consisting of 43 separate meshes) saved in four different formats (.max, .obj, .fbx, and tbscene) along with textures. It can be utilized in games, movies, virtual reality, advertising, render scenes, design, etc. Everything is made in real-world scale (in meters). Slab size: Length - 1 m; Width - 1 m; Height - 0.06 m. You can delete non-visible polygons, adjust the distance between slabs and curbs, and place them at different heights relative to each other. The archive also includes additional textures for Unity and Unreal Engine. Basic materials are provided for 3ds max and marmoset. It was rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 3. The model encompasses 43 objects: Slab - 15 pcs; Slab access ramp - 6 pcs; Curb - 8 pcs; Curb access ramp - 4 pcs; Thin curb - 6 pcs; Curb corners - 4 pcs. Textures resolution: sidewalk_set: 4096x4096 (format: TGA). Textures include color (diffuse) with two options, gloss, metalness, normal, normal inv (invert green channel), and ao (ambient occlusion). Additional textures are available for Unity and Unreal Engine. A PSD file is also provided to change the curb color and concrete slab shade.
