This pack includes a modular sidewalk set (43 separate meshes) available in four formats (.max, .obj, .fbx, and tbscene), along with textures. It is ideal for use in games, movies, virtual reality applications, advertising, render scenes, design, and more. Each element has been crafted to real-world scale (in meters). The slab size is 1m x 1m x 0.06m. You can remove unnecessary polygons, adjust the distance between slabs, curbs, and their heights relative to each other. Bonus textures are available for Unity and Unreal Engine. Basic materials are provided for 3ds max and marmoset. The model has been rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 3. There are 43 objects included: slabs (15 pieces), slab access ramps (6 pieces), curbs (8 pieces), curb access ramps (4 pieces), thin curbs (6 pieces), and curb corners (4 pieces). Textures include color options, gloss, metalness, normal, normal inv (invert green channel), and ao. There are also specific textures for Unity and Unreal Engine.
