Sidewalk Chalk Stick
prusaprinters

I designed this chalk holder/stick for laying out pickleball court lines. You can adjust the angle of the chalk so you can push it while walking forwards, or pull it while walking backwards. It attaches to the end of a 3/4" (19mm) dowel or rod. You'll also need a 1/4-20 x 1.25" long bolt, a 1/4-20 nut, and a small wood screw to secure the dowel.

All parts print in the orientation supplied and without supports. With the Collet part, you might want to add a brim to help secure the clamping fingers while printing. Print with at least 4 perimeter lines and 35% infill for strength.

Print Settings

Printer:

UDIO

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

35%

Filament:
Inland PLA

Category: Art Tools
