UPDATE 7/23/2020 I've revisited this design and made it so that it can now be printed in pieces. This has MANY benefits. It prints in less than half the time, it no longer needs supports, and I believe that the pieces are all stronger printed this way. You will need some CA glue to connect the pieces. I'm leaving the original file up in case someone doesn't have glue, but I believe the exploded design to be better all around. Original Description: Learned just enough in TinkerCAD to remix this to fit the newest triangular remote. (sorry for bugging you asking you to do it for me like a spoiled child tillig lol) This holds snugly onto the remote. i ran out of black filament as I was 99% done with my prototype which is why the top 2 layers are in red. Probably worked out even better though because now you can see that the mount doesn't interfere with any buttons at all. I like to have them sit just below the circular button and just above the netflix button. 2 fingers fit between the clips so that gives enough room to use as a hand hold. I printed it laying down flat with tree supports. It now also sits down flat on a table. Since this is still a plastic to plastic connection, there is the ability to slide up and down. I have added some 1mm adhesive backed foam to the rounded areas of the clip and now it is rock solid. Category: Gadgets
