I've revised this design so that it can be printed in sections. This yields numerous advantages. It prints faster than ever before, no longer requires supports, and I believe the individual pieces are stronger when printed in this manner. You will need some cyanoacrylate glue to join the parts together. The original file remains available for those who don't have glue at hand, but I think the exploded design is superior overall. I remixed this using just enough TinkerCAD knowledge to fit it to the latest triangular remote. (Sorry for pestering you with requests like a spoiled child until now.) This holder fits snugly onto the remote. I ran out of black filament as I was 99% done with my prototype, which is why the top two layers are in red. Perhaps this worked out even better because now it's clear that the mount doesn't interfere with any buttons at all. I like to have them sit just below the circular button and just above the Netflix button. Two fingers fit between the clips, providing enough space for use as a hand hold. I printed it lying flat with tree supports. It also sits down flat on a table now. Since this is still a plastic-to-plastic connection, there's some ability to slide up and down. I've added 1mm adhesive-backed foam to the rounded areas of the clip, and now it's rock solid.
