Side Wipe for CR-10 Tevo Tornado and Palette2 - E3D V6

I had to shift the wipe area 10mm outwards after upgrading my Tevo Tornado to an E3D V6, and I wanted a thicker clap side connection...(I've cracked a couple on the original). Jasonmarr's design is outstanding and functions flawlessly for side wipe transitions. This also works well for standard printing to remove ooze when starting a print. I also added an M3x12 screw to the original slide. I was experiencing issues with the slide moving back and forth in the 20x20 channel, so it was easier just to add the screw instead of remixing the slide design.
