Hello Everyone, This is a side spool mount designed for any 4040 series printer, including the Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, and Ender 3 V.2 models. The purpose of this mount is to have the spool positioned exactly where you need it and make swapping out the spool a breeze whenever required. When not in use, simply fold it back out of the way. You can mix and match the two parts to create your desired fitting - high, low, angled, or flat. I have developed several versions of this mount, including a Flat version that allows you to spin it to the back at a 45-degree angle, as well as Angled versions for those who prefer to move it out of the way. The mount is based on a swivel base that utilizes a M5-25 bolt and nut. Alternatively, a M5-20 bolt can be used without a nut. To attach the top mounting bracket, use two M5-10 bolts with hammer nuts. I have also included a hole for the side that, if utilized, will require a flat or round head M5 -10 bolt. However, this is not necessary; you can simply use the two screws on top and adjust the mount as needed until you find your optimal placement. Remember to remove the spool when adjusting its weight, as excessive weight may make it difficult to move. I prefer using hammer nuts snugly fitted, which provides a secure hold.
