This is a roller designed specifically for the Folgertech 2020 Prusa i3. It securely attaches to the 80/20 rail via a sturdy 4.75mm (W) x 10mm (L) hex bolt, providing a rock-solid foundation. The rollers themselves are fastened in place using a reliable 2.8mm pan head bolt that snugly fits into the mounting holes - you can easily swap it out for similar hardware sizes if needed. To enhance grip and conceal any imperfections from the printer, I wrapped my rollers with a thin layer of foam, which worked beautifully; you could also consider using soft heat shrink, tape, or an alternative material to achieve the same effect. For added durability, I fitted bearings at each end of the rollers, sourced from Grainger, boasting an outer diameter of 0.375" and a depth of 0.156". The tubing, which is pressed into the tube holder and runs along the top frame, allows for smoother movement compared to the factory setup; I opted for Teflon tubing with an outer diameter of 4.75mm (or 3/16ths).
