Side Panel Clips for Replicator 2

Add stylish transparent side panels to your Replicator 2 like those on the 2X by printing four clips for each side and cutting a polycarbonate sheet. These clips fit firmly yet can be removed easily. They help reduce drafts and dust in your workspace. For each side panel, use four clips and a 1/16" thick polycarbonate (or other material) measuring 8.25" x 7". Print the clips from Makerware using High resolution with 30% infill, 1 shell, and 0.2mm layer height. The narrower slot is for the new 1/16" panel material, while the wider slot fits over Replicator 2's PVC side panel along the inside of the side windows. Fit two clips each on top and bottom edges of your new side panel. Slip the upper edge into place first, followed by pressing the lower edge into position. The lower clips will snap into place.
