Customize your shovel's handle for ergonomics using either a one-piece or two-part design. To print in one piece, remove support requirements by deleting the handle hole, handle flange, and setting clamp length to match handle diameter. However, be aware that this option may snap under pressure. Alternatively, print two parts and bond them together with alignment pins for ease. For a more durable handle, use ABS filament with 5mm walls and apply ABS glue to seal any gaps after bonding. Remember to level your printer bed and adjust settings for optimal ABS printing. Secure the handle in place using four #10 screws, nuts, and washers; wingnuts and wingnut screws are recommended for ease of attachment.
