Side Banding Trimmer for Woodworkers

If you're putting PVC side bands on wooden plates, chances are you've encountered excess PVC sticking out from the edges. This tool is designed to trim off unwanted edge band parts. Its design allows users to easily swap cheap blades available in markets. You'll need three M4 bolts (20mm) and nuts for this trimmer. Part 2, which houses the blade cover, has nut housings that secure the blade in place. When the blade becomes dull over time, simply remove the bolts, open the cover, and rotate it to use the other side of the same blade. I recommend printing with PETG filament and opting for manual supports. The bolt holes do not require support structures. The STL files have been arranged to provide proper standing positions for each part, so they can be printed as is on the slicer plate with minimal supports.
