This tool is designed to help eliminate Si Tech Inflation Valve from a drysuit or rebreather counterlung efficiently. The inner notches line up perfectly with the two notches on both the front and backside of the valve, while the outer notches provide a secure gripping surface. The tool remains open at one end, allowing for easy insertion through the T-Piece hole into a rebreather counterlung to hold the backside of the valve securely while unscrewing the front. This is version 2, which boasts several improvements over the original design. The first version had an exterior notch for gripping that was located in the middle of the "horseshoe," making it prone to stress fractures. This has been successfully addressed and rectified. It is highly recommended that you print this tool with a relatively high infill percentage for maximum strength and durability.
