<p><a href="http://www.sp-dynamo.com/8Xseriesdynamo%20hub.html">http://www.sp-dynamo.com/8Xseriesdynamo%20hub.html</a></p> <p><a href="http://www.sp-dynamo.com/8-series-pic/connect-installation.pdf">http://www.sp-dynamo.com/8-series-pic/connect-installation.pdf</a> instructions for connector installation.</p> <p>I have an Exposure (rebrand of Shutter Precision) PD-8X 6V, 3W dynamo hub, for which I got exactly one contact housing & connector.</p> <p>Took the best measurements I could with calipers; they're very small pieces & therefore hard to measure.</p> <p>I didn't take any special measures for 3D printing; just exactly what I read off of the pieces. Highest resolution/layer height would be recommended.</p> <p>I am particularly concerned about whether or not the snap fit will work.</p> <p>Untested. Let me know if you do test it.</p> <p>Update: see the last picture. Pictured on the bottom is a Shimano dynamo hub connector. The top row are the respective SP connector components. As far as I can tell, without taking measurements they should both work the same. The SP one is a bit wider (so the interface to an actual SP hub would be nicer), but the actual connection should be the same. Shimano may be speccing slightly smaller wires.</p> Category: DIY
