Shutter-crank rivet locking washer
thingiverse
A colleague of mine stopped by yesterday, inquiring about creating a replacement part for their GIS shutter crank. The crank is secured to the shutter mechanism using a free rivet; a washer/tube is employed to prevent the rivet from dislodging. Here's a replacement part that fits a 4mm rivet over a 19mm crank diameter, as specified in the Design Specs PDF. This part was printed on an Anet A8 at 0.06 mm resolution using Cura 2.7 software, with settings detailed in the provided file.
