Shutoff Lever for Chicago Electric / Harbor Freight Hoist

This Chicago Electric Hoist (model #40765) from Harbor Freight is a game-changer in my workshop. Recently, the automatic shutoff lever malfunctioned, so we kept using it with caution to prevent overwinding. I had been planning to 3D print a replacement since the part broke, but I only recently gained the confidence and expertise to tackle this project using FreeCAD. I reassembled the old lever to take precise measurements and was thrilled that my first print turned out flawless!
