prusaprinters
This is a 2 part “Shutdown” button. It was designed for a 0.4mm nozzle and I suggest using a layer height of 0.1mm, but it should look OK with larger layers. I printed it so the outside face was printed down, which will give it a shiny look if the bed is smooth. There is about 0.17mm of gap to allow the inserts to fit, so they should be glued in place (Gorilla SuperGlue Gel works well on PLA). The inserts have a bevel at the bottom to help with getting them installed, but you may still need to clean up any elephant foot on the inserts prior to installing (or they may not fit the tight pockets they go into). This will be entered in the Clothes Buttons Contest so please like if you like it, and good luck to everyone one participating! If you print one, please post a make. The STEP file is included for easy remix'n.Designed using ViaCAD3D Pro V12
