I redesigned my valve handle to be more durable and feature clear "hot" and "cold" labels on the tap. Both of my previous handles had broken at the connection point where they met the 6mm flattened stem, which is only 8mm in diameter. I created two models for handling hot and cold water separately. I used ABS plastic to print the new handle with a 50% infill. The new design fits snugly onto the stem without any tendency for it to come loose or pop off.
